It is with deep sadness to announce that Irving passed away on March 10, 2010. He died after a long fight with cancer.
Irving's appraisal expertise spans over 30 years; ranging from a NYC Assessor to a HUD Senior Multi-Family Appraiser to his current position as a Senior Commercial Appraiser.
Irving's speciality is Nursing Home valuation as well as land valuation and Mark to Market valuations for HUD submission. These projects involve both profit and non-profit developers, and include rental apartment complexes, cooperative apartment buildings, nursing homes, board & care facilities and elderly housing. He acts as the technical expert at staff conferences with developers, their development team and for bankers as well as a review appraiser for appraisal reports submitted by developers.
