Jude has been continuously employed as a real estate appraiser since 1984, earning the ASA designation. He has appraised in excess of two thousand properties; ranging from taxpayers to shopping centers, office buildings to apartment complexes and vacant land development sites.
Specialities include marinas, hotels, and Mitchell-Lama conversions.
He has qualified as an expert witness in United States Bankruptcy Court as well as local juristictions. Valuations performed in New York, Connecticut, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and Missouri.
Generally Certified Appraiser in NY, NJ, CT.
Certified Assessment Revaluation Supervisor in CT.
Passed NYSDOT exam for Eminent Domain valuations.
