Richard Evans, CSA
Rich has been continuously employed in the real estate industry since 1989, with specialty as an appraiser since 1991. He has appraised in excess of 1,000 properties; presently specializing in commercial properties, industrial properties, apartment buildings, and vacant land sites located within New York City and Nassau County.
He is presently a Senior General Member (CSA-G) of The Columbia Society of Real Estate Appraisers.
